What age do you have to be to claim Pension Credit?

You can claim once you have reached the qualifying age, which is the same as your State Pension age (currently age 66 in 2025 for both men and women). Couples must apply together, and both partners’ income and savings are assessed. You can still apply if you are working or have other pension income, if your total income meets eligibility rules.
